What data is processed

This website has no forms, accounts, advertising or marketing trackers. When you visit it, the hosting provider technically processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

If you write to me by email, I use your name, email address and message only to reply to you.

Cookies

The hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary technical cookies, such as __cf_bm (bot protection, about 30 minutes). They do not track you and do not require consent.

Browser storage

The site saves your language choice in your browser's localStorage (keys lp-lang-manual and lp-lang-detected) so it can open the right language next time. This information stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and you can delete it by clearing your browser data.

Statistics

The hosting provider collects aggregated, anonymous visit statistics (such as number of visits and pages viewed). They do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising.

Fonts

All fonts are served from this website itself. No data is sent to Google or other font providers.

Legal basis and retention

Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and kept only for the short time needed. Emails are kept as long as needed for our correspondence.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or request portability by writing to contact@lucianoperticarolli.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
